yoocal Live app

Showroom · October 2026

The town, decided.

Yoocal is the desk a person opens when the day in a resort town is still blank. These homepages, journeys, and the brand book are the product, drawn so you can click through the fit. The vision deck is the room for a meeting.

Specimen screens use example cards. They are not a live attendance count. The catalog on the app, the day this was written, was 3,036 listings, 61 that day, Park City 1,695.

How fit is made

Five steps. Listings are not one of them.

1A guest in Park City opens a card with a real time.
2They mark Going. That is the commit.
3Someone else opens the list. That is pull.
4The first person comes back on another day.
5A host, shown that count, buys a second week.

Steps 1–4 are the desks below. Step 5 is the host screen. None of these numbers have been measured yet. The screens are how we intend to measure them. The public calendars behind the cards, and the rules each team follows, are on the system page.

Four homepages

Same brand. A different job on each door.

Vision

The meeting, on one screen.

The future, the Friday, and a different ask for the team, a property, a host, a paper, or an advisor.

System

The sites the desk reads.

Public calendars, and how engineering, ops, product, and design use one row.

Journeys

Guest, local, inn, second person, host.

Each journey names the screen, the feeling, and the proof.

Features

Every control has a job.

Search, time, price, Going, the list, the host week.

Brand book

Paper, ink, gold, voice.

The mark, the type, the sentences we use, the ones we do not.

Host

The week, then the second week.

A specimen report. $0.99 or $9.99 a day. A card is not charged here.

Fit

What would make Yoocal necessary.

The Friday test, and what we refuse to count as progress.

Written pitch

Scope, year, market, model, YC.

The long packet, still on this site.
