Check-in sends tonight.
The property texts one link. The guest gets a short list with times, for the town they are standing in.
Yoocal · October 2026
Yoocal is the desk a seasonal town uses to decide the day. Two people agree on a real time. A host pays to be next to that agreement.
Park City already has the nights: 1,695 listings on 2 October 2026. The habit is what this season is for. There is no measured user count, and no recorded revenue.
The company
A visitor bureau lists the town. A newspaper lists the town. A hotel answers the question at the desk. None of them is where two people agree to be somewhere at 7:00, and none of them can show a business that the agreement happened.
Where this goes
The property texts one link. The guest gets a short list with times, for the town they are standing in.
One person says they are going. The other person, on another phone, opens the same plan.
The count is from that weekend. Featured is $0.99 a day. Partner is $9.99 a day.
Same desk. That town’s own calendars. Only after this town comes back on its own.
What is already true
1,695 listings in Park City. Heber, on the same trip, has 691. Jackson has 513. Elkhart Lake has 84. Green Lake has 53. Midway is in the product and has 0.
Those numbers are listings, counted on 2 October 2026. A full list means the desk can be ready. The company begins when a person commits, sends the plan, and comes back another day. That has not been counted.
What would prove it
None of these five has been counted. This season is for counting them.
The same weekend, three times
Friday, at the condo
The property sends three things to do, each with a time. The guest picks one and sends the plan to the people they came with.
Saturday
Someone who was not at check-in opens the same plan. That open is the product. A plan that never leaves the first phone is a note to self.
Monday
They see who opened the night and who said they were going. Our sample is labeled a sample: 42 opened the desk, 11 opened the listing, 3 said they were going. A real Monday uses the real count, then the next week.
How the company is built
The nights
Every night we read public calendars. The venue’s own clock wins. A price is the one the organizer printed, or we send the guest to the organizer. We do not invent one.
The desk
A person looks up the day, keeps what has a time, and sends a plan. Winter and an ordinary week are the same desk in another season. The desk is the product.
The door
People ask the front desk what to do. One property. One text. Two weekends. A newspaper can carry the same desk after that habit exists.
The week
$0.99 a day, or $9.99 a day. We can take an order. We do not charge a card until the host has been shown a count. The sale we want is the second week.
This season
This is the plan for the season. It is not a result, and it is not a forecast.
What waits
Towns we have announced stay reachable, so a link still opens. They wait for their own nights before they lead.
It is in the product. The list is empty. The homepage waits until there is something to open.
The prices are set. The charge waits until a host can be shown a count from a real weekend.
They can follow a habit. They do not create the first person who says they are going.
The country is a town that worked, copied. A front door that claims the whole country is a different company.
We read public calendars, and the card names the venue. Partner means a host who paid for a day.
The people in the work
Patrick Van Horn builds the listing engine. Omer Muneer Qazi builds the desk people open. Nabeel Muneer and Asad Muneer are in the work. Equity, titles, and any raise are not decided in this deck.
Park City cards get a real clock. The venue’s own time wins over a copied one. We do not add a town to make a week look full.
It goes into a guest’s hand. We count the five proofs. The scoreboard stays on Park City until someone comes back.
A title, a time, a place, one price, one link. The brand stays paper, ink, and a gold dot.
If a night was missed, the desk says so. A host’s own event waits for a person before it goes on the desk.
What this room is for: one property, two weekends, and those five proofs. Everything else waits.
The property
Guests ask the front desk. Yoocal is the short list for this town, with times, and a plan they can send to the people they came with.
What we offer
One link in the check-in text. The nights come from public calendars, and the venue’s clock wins. We do not take the guest list. We do not call the property a data partner.
What we ask
Two weekends, with their name on the text. Afterward we show how many guests opened the desk, once that number exists. Until it exists, we do not invent it.
The business
Featured is $0.99 a day. Partner is $9.99 a day. What they buy is a place on the desk people already use to decide the day.
What the report shows
Who opened the desk, who opened the listing, and who said they were going. The picture we can show today is a sample: 42, 11, and 3. It is a sample. A card is not charged against it.
What we ask
Permission to come back after a counted weekend with their own numbers. The sale is the second week. A first conversation can be a zero, said out loud.
Papers and bureaus
We already read their public calendars, so a card can carry a true time. CitySpark is who sells a newspaper its calendar widget today.
Later
A paper can embed the same desk a guest already used at the property. That is a door we open after Park City has the habit.
This season
A link, when they want one. We do not rebuild their calendar, sell their tickets, or tell a bureau we are their partner.
For the board
Yoocal is the local calendar for resort and lake towns. Park City has 1,695 listings because a nightly job reads the venues, and the venue’s time wins. A host week is $0.99 or $9.99 a day, sold after a count. A guest meets it in a text from where they are staying.
There is no measured user count and no recorded revenue. The model is arithmetic on those prices. It is not a forecast. The help that matters is a hard look at this test, or an introduction to one property in Park City.
The standard
If you want to see it
The decision
The vision is a desk in every resort town and every lake town. The way there is one property, two weekends, and a habit we can count.
Someone opens a night with a real time. They say they are going. Someone else opens the plan. They come back another day. A host buys the next week because that happened.
