Yoocal becomes important when a person in Park City, with a gap in the day and someone to tell, would rather commit here than on the tourism calendar or in a search. A full catalog is how the desk can be ready. It is not the fit.
What is already true
The gather
Public calendars are published daily. On 2 October 2026 the app showed 3,036 listings and 61 that day. Park City had 1,695. Supply in that town is not the empty-marketplace problem.
The desk
The live app already has search, day, time, free, feelings, Going, and a named itinerary. These showroom homepages are the same job, drawn as the fit test.
The price rule
Free, the printed price, or via organizer. The brand refuses a made-up number. That is the trust the commit depends on.
What is next, in order
- Put the Park City desk in a guest’s hand through a lodging check-in. The arrival screen is that specification.
- Repair live cards whose time says “Time varies,” so the first nine can produce a yes. The Friday desk shows the standard: every specimen card has a clock.
- Count opens, Goings, second-person opens, and a later day. Do not publish a user total before those events exist.
- Run it for one weekend, then another. Read which step broke. The response to a broken first screen is the cards, not a new town.
- Only then show one host the week report and ask for a second week.
What we will not call progress
- Another announced city.
- A national homepage.
- A film, a map tour, or a chatbot in front of the commit.
- A stored host order with no card and no guest count.
- Midway on a homepage while its list is empty.
- One retention number that mixes a holiday visitor with a Thursday local.
Why this can be the thing a town keeps
The bureau is official and already ranked. Facebook has the rumor. A ticket app has the seat. None of them is the mixed day, with a clock, a true price, a local free list, and a plan that leaves the room. Lodging is how Yoocal shows up before it can win the search. The host pays after the room is already deciding. Copy the desk to the next seasonal town only after Park City comes back on its own.
